Shipping
When will my order be delivered?
**DUE TO SOCIAL MEDIA VIRALITY ORDERS WILL BE DELAYED**
As soon as you make a goodpour purchase, our fulfillment center immediately starts processing the order to get your items delivered to you on time. Standard shipping orders will arrive in approximately 12–15 days. Express shipping orders will arrive in approximately 7–12 days. Please note, transportation companies may take longer than expected to deliver packages on time due to historic network volumes related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped (if you provided an email address with your order). You will get a shipping confirmation email when your order starts processing, but won't recieve a tracking number until it has been dispatched. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at contact@goodpourusa.com.
What if my package didn't arrive?
Please email us at contact@goodpourusa.com. We'll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided, resulting in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order.
Returns
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
Please email us your order number and a picture of the item to contact@goodpourusa.com within 30 days of purchase date so we can help find a solution.
How do I set up a return?
If your order is not what you expected, contact us via contact@goodpourusa.com so we can help you out. We do not accept any non-damaged returns after 10 days of recieving your order.
